Cancellation Policy
To confirm your booking, we require valid payment details at the time of scheduling. Your card will not be charged until the service has been completed, unless otherwise noted. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or any no-show appointments, are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
