Welcome to Wash Me Whip. By booking a service, using our website, or communicating with our team, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any mobile car wash or detailing service.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

Wash Me Whip provides mobile car wash and detailing services at customer-provided locations. Our team travels to residential homes, apartment complexes, office locations, and publicly accessible areas where vehicle detailing is permitted.

2. APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Customers must provide access to running water and an electrical outlet unless otherwise arranged.

  • The vehicle must be accessible, with doors unlocked if interior service is requested.

  • If parking rules or property management restrictions apply, the customer is responsible for securing permission before the appointment.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • All prices listed on our website or booking platform are subject to change based on vehicle condition, size, and additional service needs.

  • Payments are accepted via Venmo, Apple Pay, credit card, or cash.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or conditions requiring extended labor. Customers will be notified before extra fees are applied.

4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee at our discretion.

  • If our team arrives and cannot access the vehicle or water source, this may also result in a cancellation fee.

5. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We strive to deliver high-quality results. If you are unsatisfied with any part of the service:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of completion.

  • We may offer a re-clean or adjustment at no additional cost, depending on the issue.

Issues not covered:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Wear and tear uncovered during cleaning

  • Stains or oxidation that cannot be removed with standard detailing processes

6. VEHICLE CONDITION & LIABILITY

  • Wash Me Whip is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, faded paint, peeling clear coat, cracked dashboards, or loose interior components.

  • Customers must disclose any known mechanical or cosmetic issues prior to service.

  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from age-related wear, fragile trims, or aftermarket accessories that may become loose during cleaning.

7. WEATHER & SAFETY

  • Appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions including heavy rain, wind, or unsafe working environments.

  • If we determine the environment is unsafe (tight spaces, restricted areas, hazardous surfaces), we may refuse service or reschedule.

8. PROPERTY & ACCESS

By booking, you confirm that:


  • We have permission to perform detailing services on the property.

  • There are no restrictions preventing water usage or vehicle care on-site.

  • You assume responsibility for any HOA or property-related violations.

9. USE OF WEBSITE & ONLINE BOOKING

By using our website:


  • You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the booking platform.

  • You agree that all information provided during booking is accurate and truthful.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service for fraudulent or incomplete submissions.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

All customer information (email, phone number, address, payment information) is kept confidential and used only for booking, communication, and service-related purposes. We do not share or sell customer data.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

Wash Me Whip reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
